I was at open skating 1/25/2015 and used the women's restroom. There are three stalls, one was plugged with a plunger next to it. The other one had the paper roll on top of the dispenser with water all over the floor. I was on my way out and didn't tell anyone about the mess and there wasn't any paper toweling. Such a shame these bathrooms aren't nicer than this. The third one (handicapped) was...
