I have joined in this consultancy 8 months back and I got the job in 3 weeks. I am getting the pay check regularly and they paid by direct deposit every month before 5th of month. They have lot of direct vendors and place any skill in 2-4 weeks. Billing is open and they give 70-30 % for first six months after that they will pay 75-25%. They have good trainers in all skills and good marketing...
