They don't know better
The poor things are terrible at customer service - but they do not know any better (and either do their customers). Well I guess this is the worst salon experience I have had in dayton. The salon was recommended by my neighbor her hair looks ok, they carry the products I use and the salon looks good , ( centerville) . The moment I walked in the salon I knew I made a mistake the people were very pretentous, they woman that I went to was very inexperienced and we spoke about what I wanted but she didnt listen...

Dear God, where do I begin?! Oh yeah, I know where, the 5 min. wait on hold only to be treated like booking my appointment was a bother. When a customer calls and tells you what days and times are good why in the heck would you ask if any other days or times are ok? Then I ask where do I park for my appointment and I'm promptly told there are meters, a side road, and basically a back alley...
