The Square Deli was a part of my life for years. Used to stop by there on the way to and from school. Once I moved out of the area I forgot all about it. Now owned by a wonderful woman Catena and her husband, the tradition lives on!! Fantastic salads (try the grilled shrimp caesar salad for a treat!), generous portions and very fair prices make this place a "must" for me every time I'm in Hamilton Square. Don't miss her baked goods (her cookies remind me of my almost-mother-in-law's Italian delicacies!). Homemade soups, sandwiches and killer eggplant parm will keep me coming back for more!
