I rate these apartments poor. Move in at your own risk. I resided at these apartment in 2014 and 2015. There was mold growing in one of my restroom most of my stay there due to a leak in the walls. I reported the mold several times and only once did they come out and check it out. They fixed the leak but nothing was done about the mold. One month later the leak begin again and mold continue...
These apartments are great! Very family free environment.. I wish I could stay. My son made a lot of friends here and I hate to see the change. We will come back soon . Love Spyglass Apartments. Great scenery and lake view. Lots of room for kids to play. They also have a great swim and tennis area. You cant help to feel nothing but relaxed while your here!
