First time customer...repair was done quicker than promised; price was lower than expected; cashier was blah, added no value to my visit.Hey, everyone has a bad moment.. I was still thrilled about my overall exchange and shared on FB because I believe in giving small businesses an extra plug whenever possible!

They are friendly but a very tiny selection and very expensive went to village bike in stead and got a bike for only 600$ instead of 2500

Great shop, service guys are very helpful. High end bikes not so much...no recumbents. I have gone back several times but the service department is so busy it's hard to get work done quickly.
