Buyer beware -- this Sprint store does not uphold Sprint customer services Hi standards. They have their own policies -- Monies paid for a replacement phones are NON-REFUNDABLE!! and you get no choices -- you get what they give you -- buyer beware!! They forgot the main rule in business-- 1) Customer is always right. 2) If customer is wrong see rule #1.
This is the only place we've found that will actually fix a phone. All of the reps have neen there forever and they know their business. Friendly, efficient and caring. Because of the store at Middlebelt and schoolcraft, we stay with sprint.
