Thanks Sprint for a horrible experience of my life at your El toro cooperate store ,I am so thankful to you that irrespective of regular complaints by my family and friends that they always have bad reception from my side i was a loyal customer of sprint from last more then 6 years .

Horrible customer service and management. Employees are improperly trained and give out wrong information. Management is not willing to work with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their service. Because of my experience I am changing providers.
