oo I ended up coming to the sprint store because the great HTC EVO was acting funny. Thankfully I was smart to make an appointment online because of past experiences of just walking in. You can make an appointment over the phone but they never pick up so save yourself the time and GO ONLINE!! OK.. got to the store they found me on their system, yet I didn't see my name on the screen They honor...
