Worst customer service ever! We walked in put our name on the list and waited and waited and waited. The screen that tells customers where they are in line was not working. Almost every employee had a trainee with them and they were literally standing around not talking to customers but to each other. Waited for an hour and only saw 4 people receive help. I am half tempted to go back to Verizon.
