Find a better place for your loved ones,this center is understaffed,the administation is below average,they actually ran out of gloves while my father was there ,They do not check in on the patients every 2 hours as is needed.The nurses are overworked,the cna's are not as educated as well as they should be.My mother and I changed my dads wet underclothes and bedding as much or more than the...

My grandma has her hair washed in over a month she has thick crud in her scalp and after she eats they don't bother washing her hands, under her fingernails are packed with days old food. The aides and nurses are rude, I asked to see grandmas meds chart and got an attitude from the meds cart girl, rolling her eyes like I didn't know what I was looking at little did she know I'm a nurse....
