Can showed up late, took me to the wrong place, stopped for gas and then made me pay for the entire fair? A $25 ride became a $50 ride? Fuck this company. I'll never use them again

I called the dispatch office and the operator was very professional. She gave me her operator #, read my address back to me, and gave me a wait time The driver arrived within 15 minutes as promised. The cab was very clean. The driver seemed knowledgable and was very helpful.

The worst cab company in the DC area!!!!! Incredibly RUDE driver, pissed at traffic and didn't want to take me to DC from VA because there was a storm and lights were out but didn't tell me until there was no way for me to switch cabs. Wouldn't help me with my luggage when he dropped me off. I asked a few questions and he refused to answer me. I told him I also had to return to VA in my car...
