I was pretty surprised with the type of amenities Springdale Villas provides. They have a pool, volleyball court, tennis court, sauna, and even a fitness room. It was more than what I would expect from apartments in this part of town. Rent was decent for Orange County and their pet policy is pretty fair. I generally love my apartment and the location is central to everything. The rent is okay and I have an amazing balcony. The apartments have nice big bathrooms and a good size kitchen. I am on the top floor so no noisy neighbors above me.
