I have lived in spring garden for 2 years, and the 2 years I have been here have been awesome. The grounds of the complex are always kept clean and beautiful. I love the flowers that are spread through the the complex. The apartments are always very well kept. And maintained. Anytime something goes wrong the maintenance is always there to replace things in a drop of a dime no matter how late...

I lived in Spring Garden Townhomes for nearly 2 years back in the late 90's. I absolutely LOVED it there and am hoping to move back there very shortly. I just spoke to my elderly parents about it last night and they are in agreement because they really loved my house when I lived there before as well. The houses are very nice and well maintained. Keep in mind that these apartments were build in 1960. At 270 units they are the largest complex in Northampton county. Old and cheap

I agree with the comment below! My husband's driver side window was shattered to pieces! And they refused to do anything, we called the cops, but what can they do but file a report! I do not allow my children to play outside because of the fowl mouth rugrats that run unsupervised all through out the place. If you have children young enough to actually enjoy the parks that are here, you can't because that is the teen hang out! The parks are littered with broken glass and garbage! I do not feel safe having my family here!
