Terrible customer service. I've been dealing with this company for 4 years and while I was never happy with the service charge they assessed before making warranty calls, they tended to be responsive. Something has changed. They did a repair on my tub that should have been partially under warranty and I wasn't home so they charged my wife $500 to fix the tub claiming nothing was wrong with the...

30 PM on a sunday asking what we wanted - evidently he was attempting to take business away from the company. There is an internal conflict going on - This company will not be around too much longer. VERY EXPENSIVE - NOT RELIABLE - AND BAD BAD Customer service KEPP AWAY from this company
