Dishonest billing Dex Knows

I had oral surgery work done here, after an appointment and a price quote. The office ended up charging for procedures that the dentist who referred me said that I didn't have. They also charged my insurance for a visit that I wasn't told I was being charged for, and received no receipt or notification of it either. I believe that they overcharged and are dishonest in billing procedures.
