I have been to this location a half dozen times and it started so well but then the level of courtesy and quality decreased with each visit. The employees leave early for their shifts/breaks and the oncoming group comes in late. So if you come during a shift change, even if there is no wait you will end up waiting for 20-30 minutes. Disappointed, frustrated.
