Poor knowledge. Did not give correct information to my home warranty company. Misdiagnosed my hot water heater, because they didn't know how to fix it. Found out a week later it was full with calcium deposits and sediment. They need more education. Just all around unprofessional.

These guys are pretty good. They are VERY by the book. If you have something not up to current code - forget about it. You either bring it up to code or they don't work on it. I guess that's good business practice for them but, if you have an OLD house with original plumbing and need something …
