About 6 years ago, Dr. Bender gave me facet joint injections that caused me to become paralyzed for 6 months! After intense physical therapy and being in a nursing home for 6 months, I finally have been able to walk again...! Did he apologize? NO!!! He even charged me for my Co-Pay for that day's services!!! Stay away from him...!
