I frequently stay at Hyatt for two reasons...quality and service. The Hyatt in downtown Houston is the EXCEPTION! This was absolutely the worst Hotel experience. We confirmed a portable crib at check in and after 3 calls, we find out they were all out of them, but would have one bright and early the next morning. Think it showed up?...
