I was not satisfied with the pricing, little knowledge of how to bill the insurance, being told that you have cheaper prices when it is not true, and most of all being charged for stuff that was never asked to purchase or given of service. To add on that I am not happy that I was not given a reason for the over charge on a timely matter, and told to wait and call back later time or ignored. This is consider bad customer service, theif for the reason of over charging items never purchased, and horrible business ethics.
Issue was resolved after a call from my insurance. The administration seems to be open about discussing any complaints.
