I bought a dishwasher over the phone from Spencers, they had me contact the install company directly to make sure it would fit. I emailed him a pic of the opening and the dimensions, he assured me it would fit but on install day it did not. I chose another model and it was installed but it would not drain. Spencers had me call Goldwing who have now come out 5 times and it is STILL not draining.... more

I had problems with the color on my big screen SONY hdtv. They came out right away and fixed it no questions asked. Great price also.I have used Spencer's many times over the past 15 years and will continue to use them in the future. I even had them deliver all of my appliances to my cabin in the White Mountains. My contractor received a discount from them also.
