I went in to see what it would cost to get my brakes replaced, well they wanted to charge me 650.00. Said I needed my rotors replaced as they were out of spec, total croc because my car has less than 60K miles on it and are fine. I said forget it, well, they told me that I had to pay an inspection fee of 40.00 just for looking at it. There is no way my car needed replaced rotors...what a bunch of shamsters!

They were once good, I took some cars there years ago to get wheel alignments and they always did a good job in the past. Sadly, that is not the case this time. Needed an alignment again this time, sat for 2 hours. I would periodically look over and not see anyone working on my car for nearly the whole time. Sorry, but this place is not honest, maybe if your a glendale cop they'll do good work for you, but I found them dishonest and untrustworthy. They used to be good, but they didn't perform for me this time, they were good at taking my money though.

This place is great. They communicated with me about options so I could decide if I wanted to pay more for better tires, but I didn't feel like they were pushing any choices on me. I felt like the prices for everything were very reasonable, the staff were very courteous, they got the job done quickly, and I'll go back again.
