I dented my back bumper from backing into a post. I drove my car directly to Fine Line Auto Body because they have a very good reputation in Columbus. The damage was worse than I thought. I had a broken tail light and the bumper was beyond any simple repair. I contacted my State Farm agent and he helped me get a claim number and rental car approval, without any extra hassles. I got a great car and very good service from Speedy Car Rental and they took care of billing State Farm for the entire car rental charges. I didn't want a full size car but that was all they had. Liked it after I drove it for a couple of days. The good news, the rate was so low that my insurance policy covered it.
