Please respond to this message. I bought a remote starter for my son at Christmas time and he has never made an appointment to get it installed. Today I
drove by and it looks like your business is closing. Will your business still honor
the starter I purchased and give my son a refund? After all it was $300.00..

This shop is a HUGE disappointment. Took my 2010 370Z here to get window tint due to the website stating how great the warranty was and how they guarantee a ""FLAWLESS"" product. After having the tint applied I noticed an insane amount of air bubbles in the tint. The very RUDE ""tint guy"" stated it would take 10 days for them to disappear. Well... 2 months later... They are still there.

After reading online and talking to different tint shops I was advised that these types of air bubbles are NOT going to disappear. They are created by the installer not properly cleaning the windows and...

Here's a tip. Learn something about the products you sell! I spent $2500 on JL Audio equipment last year in August. I had problems with the installation and some of the speakers would not play or cut in and out. I had these jokers try to fix the problem several times. They are very unprofessional and downright ignorant. The showroom is a mess. I finally had enough when they told me I would be charged for 3 hours of labor to connect an iPod cable to power!

I decided after much consideration to have my mom's car starter put in by Speed of Sound the guys that work there were so friendly and everything was explained to me. These bad reviews I just don't see it they new what they were doing and they explained and showed my mom everything about her new starter.
Not sure why anyone would give a bad review I am so glad I made the travel to have them do the work. If I ever need anything else I will be sure to use them again. If you just call and talk with them you will see what I mean. Thanks guys I so appreciate you taking the time with my mom...
