For the most part, this gym is nice. The equipment and shower areas seem to be getting in worse shape. Kids' Club is nice. However, management doesn't seem to be terribly responsive to complaints, and overall the gym isn't that friendly, staff and members.

I was visiting from Houston. So much better than my home gym (also Gold's). The kid's club is huge with a friendly staff. I didn't have to wait for machines or weights. They have amenities my gym doesn't have like racket ball, a swimming pool, and fresh towels. I would move here if I could.

The best gym hands down. Great kids club and awesome sauna and classes. I wish they moved to Lewisville=/

Staff is very curtious and the trainers are very helpful in answering questions and giving a spot. Various machines to work on. Plus the music is awesome if no one asks to turn it down to where it is quite.

Well I for one am exceedingly happy with this gym. The facilities are terrific. I have found the management and staff to be personable, helpful, and easily available. Best of all, it's an active gym without feeling over-crowded. And it's family-friendly!
