Do decent work when you can FINALLY get them to show up. BUT they expect you to set aside everything to be there when they are available, but can't be bothered to so much as call you if THEY have to reschedule. Difficult to get ahold of too (esp. on a Friday) Also think they have something against doing home warranty work. NOT recommended...had our home warranty company switch us to another...
