I came here for a mani, pedi, and a back massage. Someone had given me a gift card for the mani and pedi including tips. Things were fine until it was time to pay. I showed them my gift card and told them I'd pay for the massage separately. They charged my credit card $10 less than what they were supposed to charge me because they said that I have a $10 balance on my gift card. Then later on they told me that I owe them $10 because they forgot the tip was on the gift card. The person behind the counter just came to me with a charge slip for credit card for a new amount ($10 plus...

I am in NYC once a month and usually walk in to get a manicure. Nothing extraordinary but I have to say mine lasts (shine/buff) well over a week where the ones I get in ATL usually only last a few days.

I went with a few friends and they were large enough to take us all at the same time, which was super convenient for a Saturday afternoon. The staff was nice and courteous. Also, every single one of us loved our manicures and pedicures....the polish lasted far longer than any other place including the spas we've been to.

WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! A ripoff! Unpersonal and awful, my friend had to go to another place and get her nails redone an hour later! What a joke!!
