I go to Southside Hardware every chance I get. I much prefer their hometown service to going to a big hardware store. Everytime I walk in I am greeted by an employee who asks he can help me with. Yesterday I decided to go to buy my husband a Stihl weedeater. They helped me pick one out, it was already assembled, and they filled it with gas and had it ready to go when I got off work that...

This has got to be, hands down, the worst place I've ever had to experience. I took a piece of glass in to have two pieces cut using mine as a template. They broke my glass, told me I brought it to them broken, and had the audacity to tell me that they were NOT going to replace it or be responsible for it.
