I have lived her for over a year. Let me start by saying the office staff are extremely nice. The grounds are maintained everyday, apartments are clean and up to date, when you need anything fixed they have someone there that day or the very next and it is fixed right (not just taped up), to price is really good and you will be hard pressed in Wichita to find anything as nice. I moved in May of 2011 and didn't really have many problems. The power went out a few times and it took forever to get back on. Also, people apparently don't know how to park there because more than half the time, someone was over the line. Otherwise, it was a decent apartment. I brought my dog and she loved it there.
