Ever heard of comparing apples to apples ???????

Obviously you have very little knowledge about Southern Staircase . I've been using their parts & services for SEVERAL years on COUNTLESS jobs
and any problems or issues were VERY quickly resolved .
I cant believe you're comparing their parts to Home Depot !?!?Sure you can buy a VERY limited # of parts from HD - but when you buy them ,then
they're YOURS & you & your VERY inexperienced...

Went to them to buy stair parts and was blown away at the price. They charge 3 times as much as anyone else in the area. A simple red oak box newel cost $300.00 dollars can be bought at Home Depot for under $200 or any other trim and stair company. Their metal balusters are marked up about 150% more than what you can buy direct from who they get it from. I also found out that the installation...
