Be very wary of these guys (Robert F.). Make sure they write the grade of wood in the bid and look at the wood labels before they install the floor. They gave a bid of $4000 less than the other floor installer so we went with them. The other company gave a bid for select white oak. SOWF's bid did not specify …

My floors look better than they did brand new. Repaired old furnace grate and vent holes, and you can't tell the holes were ever there. On time, very professional, fantastic price.
