VERY VERY poor customer service from the service center. I have had 3 service appointments so far too fox my keyless entry, which resulted in over 10 hours of waiting, and have had no results yet. On the last appointment I was sent home and told that the service department would call me within the next three days to schedule my next appointment because the port should be ready then however it...

I dropped my 2012 Malibu off at 8 am Wednesday morning because there is a knocking noise coming from the front and the steering wheel moves when I go over bumpy roads. This car was purchased brand new from your dealer ship and 90% of the miles that have been put on it are interstate miles.
