Picking out an engagement ring had me stressed to the max. I had no idea what I wanted, and I was so busy trying not to get screwed over I couldn't even focus on shopping! But when we came to Southeastern, I could feel their family environment and friendliness. I felt comfortable right away! I knew I was in good hands when one of the owners themselves encouraged me to take my time, was honest about quality of diamonds, and was so knowledgeable on all metals and stones. My fiance and I started shopping here when he went to pick out my engagement ring with his family (it was a Christmas surprise!). The sales associates are such helpful and nice people and they really listen to what you are looking for and go out of their way to deliver. My fiance said that, unlike other stores he went to, he never felt pressured or uncomfortable while he was here.
