From back and neck pain (no pun intended), nutrition, women's health, GI, etc. the list goes on... you can tell they want to make their patient's as comfortable as possible. The chiropractic, acupuncture and EMG services I've received (among others) have helped above and beyond my primary care, and of course, they refer to other great specialists when needed.
