I went during lunch hour on a Friday and wasn't packed..probably because of the rainy day. I am from Philly originally and I was happy with the cheesesteak that I ordered. The sandwiches are very good! Salads not bad. Good portions. However, the service is terrible! One out of every three times I go there, they screw up someones order. The food is worth it though! There will be a line out the door during lunch time and the food takes longer than it should, be patient, its worth the wait!
