All the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Most impressed by my personal trainer I was assigned, Brandt, he definitely is an expert in his field. He can teach you how to get stronger, as well as helping improve your mobility!
Super clean, friendly staff. The equipment is well maintained and organized. Impeccably tidy and fresh locker room for the ladies and spotlessly clean restroom/showers.
The staff are awesome, the equipment is great and the environment is clean and upbeat! I love going to the gym knowing it's always going to be a great experience! Elizabeth's GRIT classes are awesome too! :)
feeling very disappointed, you cancel a class that I enjoyed very much without any explanation or notice from one day to the next and when I try to manage to experience another class that is on the schedule it gets canceled because there in 0 attendance
Just wanted to say that the womens locker room here is kept amazingly clean. Every time I am in here, I run into Maria who is working hard to make this place clean and comfortable. For that, I always keep coming back here even though I live 30 miles away with many other closer sport and healths!
