We're sorry you feel that way, and that you're unhappy about our fees. They are the prevailing fees throughout the South Florida community. At this time, we don't know who you are, but we doubt we charged you more than what was quoted to you by phone or in person. It's very likely that based on your problems, additional testing and services were needed. Also, in most cases, we do our best to give our patients a clear understanding of what their insurance company will cover; however, we're not responsible if a company provides us with erroneous information, or fails to cover something.
With that being said, we're sorry you didn't have the positive experience many of our patients report having, and we wish you peace, goodwill, and the best of luck with your care.
