I will *never* use this company again. My AC was serviced by this company and is now working worse than it was before they came out! The staff was completely unprofessional throughout, from the office dispatch to the technician. I had an appointment for 8:30AM to try and fix my now even more broken AC. Technician never showed up. I've seen this company's trucks around Homestead for years and never had to use them until last week, and I'm SO GLAD I did! They provided excellent service and also good prices! They saved me a considerable amount of money on my last FPL bill as well! A+

I never new that an A/C could reduce your electric bill so much. My girlfriend and i had South Dade change our system and our light bill went down $40 per month. I don't know about SEER but I do know about saving money.
