Place is horrible. They don't know how to treat their tenants. You pay lot's of money to live there and you expect that facilities will be taken care of -well no. gym is rarely getting cleaned. Jacuzzi gets cleaned once a month and pool-so far I have not seen anyone cleaning it (leaves and bugs just floating …

Updating to three stars - the issue did get handled, but it took four requests. Generally, the apartment is pretty nice and the complex is well maintained. If you're below the 8th floor, you don't get the good looking appliances or marble countertops. The price is crazy in the big picture, but pretty average for SOMA.
