Visited Souplantation a few years ago. It was one of my husband's favourite place to go. However, it was my first time going to a AYCE place that only had soup, salad, fruit, and dessert. Great for salads and soup. Watch for high sodium in soup - be moderate. Get low-fat or fat -free dressings. Place two plates on tray so as not to mix salad and dishes like potato salad, broccoli slaw, etc. drawback - very long lines at 6 p.m and not being served since it's buffet. Thinkof it as aerobic eating -getting up a few times to refill . Good deserts. Google for 2 for 1 coupons.

I like there salad but that is mostly all I go there for last time I went I ate most of the available food and got food poisoning. Food is very bland and cold and way too many people cramped up in one room.

Great variation of food. Most of it healthy. Great for families. Sometimes it gets loud with kids. Always busy on weekends. Parking available.

Food is so disgusting!! The only thing worth going there for is the ice cream and the salad. Don't waste your time and money.
