Horrible went there to buy some dd audio subs they talked me into getting them insured well one of them blew in less then a month and when it came to getting it replaced they wouldn't accept the insurance they charged me over a hundred dollars for plus the sub box they built me sucked they said it'll be louder facing up in my hatch back yeah right it sounded ok I turned the box with the subs...

I purchased a remote starter a few years back from them...I had good customer service!!
The transaction went well. I don't know if it was because I'm an older woman...I was treated with respect .
In fact, I'm gonna get a starter installed for a different car in a day or so. I will go back there.
And...the first one still works like a champ!

Despite the poor reviews from a few years ago, I was impressed with this business. I had a remote start installed there just a few days ago. Works great. People were friendly and knowledgeable. No problems at all.
