we left the key under the mat for Robert in the morning, when we came home the work was done. After the first visit we had some minor issues, when we called Sound Advice and they showed up on-time, no charge. great job!

We left the key under the mat when we went to work. When I arrived home and our system was installed with a cool remote that made everything wok easily. Robert was on time and came back when he said he would. I sent him over to my neighbors to clean up their system. I feel that Robert was honest and trustworthy.
