I really like living in a city that has two vegan soul food restaurants on the same street.Also, everyone who works here is so freakin' nice!

I'm so happy I discovered this little slice of heaven in WDC. I live in Asheville, NC and we have some darn good vegan restaurants. This place definitely competes and because it's soul food, it is so unique. What a wonderful treat. I can't wait to come back!!

Yes, the building is weird outside.Yes, the inside set-up is odd (it's like a house, and it's on the smaller side but the upstairs has always had enough seating for us!). I didn't go for the building.…
