SOS has done a great job of protecting our house from pests and termites. On our last extension of termite warranty coverage, a technician came out and found that we did have termites and that we needed a treatment. We have used SOS Exterminating for about 7 years now based on a prior recommendation of a friend. We haven't had to sign a contract and just call when we want an appointment. They have always showed up on time and perform a thorough job of spraying the inside & outside of our home.
