We have been here for about a week. We are enjoying the area. Katrina is fantastic! Glen sold us! Thank you Ramon for coming in right away when we needed you! Our dogs love all the other dogs they have met. We look forward to meeting our neighbors and the rest of the community!

A good place to live, but...

When we moved in originally, the rent for the 1 bedroom unit was reasonable, though they don't have washer/dryers in the units and the bathrooms are micro compartments with the vanity adjacent to the bathroom in the bedroom.

That sort of stuff can be over looked when you feel you're paying the right amount of money for what you're getting back. Unfortunately, with the huge jump in rent over...

So far so good! Nice and quiet at night, no riffraff, close to all kinds of stores, golf course, creeks, dog park and the management is friendly and helpful. What's not to like???
