Burgers were ok, not as good as Kopp's or many other places. After reading many of the other reviews I was disappointed. Prices were a bit high. Service was a bit slow.

Solly's is the BEST place to get a REAL burger and fries. It still makes shakes and malts in the old fashioned way. You know the silver containers shaking on the green mixer. Butter burgers use lots of real butter. (I haven't been able to eat those, but my memory is good. - they will make it without - but it is a loss.). Wait staff is pleasant and willing to converse. Price got a bit high ...

As with my childhood memories, Solly's is the best burger I have had in the country. The place still serves the same great burgers. Also it is a local restaurant not some chain found in other cities.
