I just picked my computer up from SRC. I was blown away by the service. The people were kind to me from the moment I called. They answered every question ( I had a lot of them), and they never acted like I was a bother.

The only service worse than bad service is NO service. I couldn't get anyone there to even acknowledge my presence in the store, much less getting someone to actually talk to me about what I might be needing. I called and left them a message 2 hours prior to my visit but no one bothered to return my call. Now I'm out not only my valuable time (60 minutes driving) but my gas as well. Thus, I...
