I think $365. is very expensive to replace an $85 part that will take less the 15 min to replace. I'm all for a fair profit, but I think that's a bit high. I used all anyway.

We have had two issues with our not quite three year old Samsung French Door Fridge/freezer--- We live in Baton Rouge. Both issues were serious and Solar handled the repairs for both problems. The technician from Solar refrigeration and appliances basically told me he could/would not repair my washing machine because the Whirlpool technician told him it was working correctly.
I asked him to change the part anyway and he refused because he said, "I don't want to get involved between you and Whirlpool."
