Rude service at a price

About the only place in Downtown where a well drink is $7?! The server looked like I was inconveniencing him when I asked for a drink. You'd think since we were the only customers he'd want a tip! He never came back with a food menu and then disappeared for 30 minutes. We eventually just left. I'd heard really bad things about this place and I'm sad to say they're true. It's a shame that a new place has to be this bad.

Dead, expensive, no atmosphere

I know this bar is relatively new but it's super-expensive ($6 wells!) and there's no atmosphere at all. I went on a Saturday night to meet my girlfriends and the advertised jazz wasn't playing. There wasn't even any music at all! The service was ok but we were the only people in this place, so we went elsewhere for the party after two drinks. As for the 'art show' it was about 3 pieces in a cabinet!

This place had great reviews so we decided to check it out. What a find! It's an old bank building - I think the oldest in SA and of course there are ghost stories. We got there early around 6 and had the place to ourselves. Adrian was amazing. Just tell him what you like and he'll whip it up....

Adam was our bartender and he is amazing! Just tell him what type of liquor and favors you like, then he will make you a one of a kind cocktail that awakens your taste buds! This will be a must stop for me when I am in San Antonio.

You can hear your conversation over the pleasant music. You can describe what you want and one of the amazing and friendly bartenders will make one of their scrumptious amd unique house drinks just for you. A perfect way to end a night downtown.

My wife and I were downtown and looking for good cocktail and this place just presented itself. The interior is very cool and the drink menu on the chalk board is very eclectic.
We told the bartender what we liked and he made some fantastic cocktails. Night for string was a Samoan Girl Scout cookie with chocolate and coconut. Outstanding!...

“I'm not talking a cup of cheap gin splashed over an ice cube. I'm talking satin, fire and ice, Fred Astaire in a glass, surgical cleanliness, insight, comfort, redemption and absolution.....I'm talking MARTINI.”
